  1. VIP & Platinum Lounge Hours

    The VIP Lolla Lounge is open 11AM-10PM, Thursday-Sunday.
    The Platinum Lounge is open 11AM-10:30PM, Thursday-Sunday.

  2. VIP Lolla Lounges

    The VIP Lolla Lounges have a North & South location in Grant Park. The Lounges are private and secluded areas with food, drinks, shaded seating & air-conditioned restrooms. Garb and go cafe style fare by Chicago favorites Big Star & PQM is served daily from 12:30-7:30pm.

  3. VIP Access & Viewing

    VIP guests will have access to viewing platforms with premium sightlines to the main stages. While there is not a VIP section in the pit, VIP ticket holders have access to a viewing deck which is attached to Lolla Lounge North and Lolla Lounge South, respectively.

    If you are looking for a viewing area separate from general admission, Platinum tickets have access to a viewing area separate from GA directly in front of the 4 main stages.

  4. Platinum Lounges

    The Platinum Lounges have a North & South location in Grant Park. The Lounges are air-conditioned, private and secluded areas with food, drinks, and shaded seating. Gourmet food options are available daily with lunch from 11am-3pm, Grab & Go from 3-5pm, and dinner service from 5-8pm.

  5. Platinum Access & Viewing

    Platinum viewing areas are available at each of the four main stages. Front of stage barricaded areas are standing-room only and side-stage areas at the Grant Park and Bud Light stages are first come first served. Check out the map for additional reference.

  6. Can I bring my child with me to the VIP or Platinum Lounge?

    Yes. Children 10 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult. Limit 2 children per ticketed adult.

  7. Wristband Information

    You will receive ONE wristband for each 4-Day Platinum or VIP Ticket purchase, and ONE wristband for each 1-Day Platinum or VIP Ticket purchase.

    Scanners are usually on your right when you enter/exit. So we recommend placing the wristband on your right wrist for your convenience. But, of course, it’s up to you.

    Your wristband is already activated for festival entry. However, we strongly encourage wristband registration so that the RFID is personally linked to you in case of any issues. An activation link will be sent closer to the festival.  Also, don’t forget to sign up for Lolla Cashless- it’s the easy way to pay for goods, grub, merch and more with the tap of a wrist!

    All of our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is to ensure reliability and legitimacy of each ticket sold.

    We require all ticket buyers to retrieve their tickets personally and bring corresponding identification. If alternate arrangements are necessary due to an unforeseen issue, please contact VIP@lollapalooza.com or Platinum@lollapalooza.com to request an accommodation.

  8. Do you sell 1-Day VIP or Platinum Tickets?

    Yes. We sell 1-Day VIP & Platinum Tickets. Please note 4-Day VIP & Platinum Tickets are now a 4-Day wristband.

  9. Do you offer group discounts?

    We do not offer group discounts of any kind, but we can absolutely facilitate a large ticket order for the price per ticket listed on our website. For more information on group ticket purchase, please contact VIP@lollapalooza.com or Platinum@lollapalooza.com.

  10. Do you offer a payment plan?

    We do offer a payment plan for your wristband to the festival. The payment plan option can be selected during the transaction process online.   12. Are there different levels of VIP?

    While there are no different levels within VIP, we do offer Platinum tickets as a separate upgrade from our VIP tickets.

  13. Is there a special entrance for Platinum and VIP guests? 

    Skip the line and enter the festival through the PLATINUM & VIP ONLY gate located at the north side of Grant Park on Van Buren Street. As always, you can also enter through the Main Entrance located at Michigan & Congress, and the North Entrance at Columbus & Monroe.

    Platinum guests may enter the festival through our new Platinum Main Entrance on the 11th Street Pedestrian Bridge. A Platinum concierge will greet you at the entrance and from there, you’ll be escorted by golf cart to the Platinum Lounges.
