  • What are my options when buying tickets?

    • Souvenir 3-Day Ticket
      • Each year a small number of Souvenir 3-Day Passes (at a very small price) are offered to the public. Get one and you should buy a lottery ticket that day!

    • Advanced/Early Bird 3-Day Ticket
      • Buy your Advance 3-Day Passes at a juicy discount before the line-up is announced. Get a jump start and save your spot in Grant Park!

    • Regular 3-Day Ticket
      • Regular priced tickets are available while supplies last. Scoop them up before they're gone or your only other option will be three Single Day tickets.

    • VIP 3-Day Ticket
      • Click here for more information on all of the creature comforts and perks that come with VIP tickets.

    • Single-Day Tickets
      • A limited number of Single Day tickets will be available for sale when the dates/times that each artist is playing is announced. Now that you know the what, when and where, it's time to throw down your plastic.

    • Collectible Credential & Shipped Wristband
      • A cool Lolla momento for your scrapbook and you can get your wristband shipped to your house! Alleviate some of the lines at the gate!

  • How and when will my tickets ship?

    If you selected Print Pass

    • The totally FREE option! Print your tickets yourself and pay not a dime.
    • It may take up to 3 weeks after your ticket purchase for your Print Pass email to arrive in your inbox.
    • If you have not received your Print Pass by this time, please contact support@fgtcustomerservice.com or call 888.512.SHOW.


    If you selected Collectible Credential & Shipped Wristband
    • These orders will receive actual wristbands and your cool momento credential two weeks prior to Lollapalooza.
    • If you have not received your wristbands by this time, please contact support@fgtcustomerservice.com or call 888.512.SHOW.


    I got the 20th Anniversary t-shirt. How will it ship?
    • 20th Anniversary limited edition t-shirts.
    • Shirts will ship separately from your tickets.
    • They will be shipped within 2 business days of your ticket order.

  • When is the Box Office at Grant Park open?
    Where is it located?

    • Wednesday / Thursday from 3PM to 8PM Central Time
    • Friday / Saturday / Sunday from 10AM to 10PM Central Time



  • Am I allowed to exit and re-enter Lollapalooza?

    3-Day Pass holders are allowed to enter and exit the festival as needed up to 5 times per day. You are allowed to be scanned 5 times at the entry gate. You must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day. Single-Day ticketholders are not allowed to enter and exit the festival. Once in, they must remain in the festival.



  • I need to change my order. What do I do?

    Refunds, exchanges, address and name changes are not allowed after a ticket is purchased. If you have additional questions about your order, please email support@fgtcustomerservice.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).



  • Someone stole my tickets. Help!

    Please have a police report issued and contact support@fgtcustomerservice.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469) in advance of the performance to speak to a customer care agent. All stolen tickets require the original purchaser to pick up the tickets at festival will call. There are no exceptions to this policy. Tickets will not be re-mailed.



  • The dog ate my tickets/my husband threw them away with the mail/they're lost. Help!

  • My Print Pass didn't arrive but I got a confirmation email. Did I miss it?

    Nope - sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks to get your print pass email. Don't fret.



  • My Print Pass didn't print right. Can I print it again?

    Sure! Simply access the print pass email, log in, and print it up to 5 times. Before you do - make sure you check your ink, have Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 or higher, and take a deep breath.



  • I don't see any service charges - what's up with that?

    No Service Charges. No Add-ons. No Surprises. No Lie.



  • There's a really great deal on Craigslist.
    Should I buy a ticket/wristband from there?

    Every year thousands of our loving fans think that buying a ticket via Craigslist, eBay, or any broker site will save them some cash and allow them to access the festival. Unfortunately, many of these tickets are either already used or are counterfeits. (One scan invalidates them, but the tickets aren't torn - so they may look perfect but in fact, are not.)

    Please don't make us stop you at the gate and send you to the infamous "trouble" table to examine the ticket, notice that it's not yours, and turn you away, sobbing down Michigan Avenue. It's unbecoming and although we'd love to just let you in, you didn't buy it from us and therefore, we cannot validate your story. If you want 100% confidence that you'll be cool, visit Lollapalooza.com to purchase your tickets every single time.

    Wristbands
    Oftentimes people will try to sell their wristbands to others if they cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, the removing of a wristband automatically voids it. Our crack security takes great pain in checking every wristband to assure it has not been removed and replaced. You will be caught and you will be escorted directly from the property. Please do not let them tell you that it's okay while you fork over 200.00 for two days of music - simply visit lollapalooza.com/tickets, call 888.512.SHOW (7469), or go to the box office to purchase tickets.



  • Can I mess with my wristband?

    • DO NOT remove your wristband between days.
    • If wristbands are removed or tampered with whatsoever, they are void and will be confiscated.
    • If wristbands are too loose and look like they can be slipped on and off, they will be confiscated.



  • I really want to read your legalese. Where is it?

    Rain or Shine.

    Ticket is for Lollapalooza Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.

    "Management" means Caring & Daring, LLC, Lollapalooza, LLC, C3 Presents, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user contests to Management's use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.



  • I have a question that is not on this page. What now?
