PrintPass Tickets
**PrintPass delivery will be suspended until Spring 2010**
You will receive an email with instructions to download and print your PrintPass ticket(s) in Spring 2010. If you have problems, please contact lolla@frontgatetickets.com and provide your name and order # with a brief explanation of your issue.

Ticket orders ship via UPS in July 2010. Tickets arrive 2 days after being shipped. No Signature Required. UPS emails tracking information when package ships. Package arrives in UPS envelope. Important PrintPass ticket information to know:


In order for your PrintPass to be easily and quickly validated at the event gates, you must print using at least 150 dpi resolution. The PrintPass must be clear, not smudged, faded, or light in color. Print at the highest resolution possible to ensure quick and easy entry. If you have any doubts, then please contact Front Gate Tickets or visit the Box Office prior to the show.

PrintPass customer assumes all responsibility for allowing others to access PrintPass and is solely responsible to ensure ticket is not duplicated. Only the first PrintPass presented and scanned at the gate grants admission. Subsequent and multiple presentations of the same PrintPass are VOID and will be considered counterfeit and seized by Festival security staff.

Lost or stolen tickets or wristbands cannot be replaced. Please go to the box office to purchase a ticket.

Only tickers purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid. If you bought from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will need to purchase a ticket at the box office.

All ticket sales are final – no refunds and no exchanges.

Three-day ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a weekend wristband and will be allowed to re-enter the Festival. Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival.

Important information regarding 2010 Lollapalooza Ticket orders:

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your ticket purchase. Keep this order confirmation email and if you have any questions, please email lolla@frontgateticket.com. If you opted to have your tickets shipped via UPS, your tickets will ship out June – July 2010.

2010 Wristband Information:

3-day ticketholders are required to exchange their ticket for a 3-day wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn all three days to allow entry. If the wristband is tampered with or mangled it can not be replaced.

Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry (and the will make us sad).
Single day ticket holders will not be allowed to re-enter the Festival.
You must pass through security each time you enter.
Event takes place rain or shine.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Rain or Shine. Ticket is for Lollapalooza, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation will not be grounds for refund. No refunds/exchanges. Tickets lost or stolen cannot be replaced. This ticket is a revocable license for the time listed on the front. "Management" means Caring & Daring, LLC, Lollapalooza, LLC, C3 Presents, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or professional recording devices, which are expressly forbidden, and subject to confiscation. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing hereon is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. This ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes with the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management's use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event. No pets are allowed except service animals.

What is PrintPass?

PrintPass is the ability to print your own tickets on your own time from your own computer. No waiting for the UPS guy or the mail guy, get your tickets quickly and at your own convenience. And most importantly, it’s FREE!

How does PrintPass work?

When purchasing your tickets, make sure PrintPass is selected as the delivery option. At the completion of your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No less than 48 hours (although likely immediately) you will receive a separate e-mail with instructions and link to pick up your tickets.

Click the link from this email and enter the OrderID and Passcode given to you in the e-mail. You will be asked to either download or open a .pdf file containing your PrintPass order. The file downloaded will require a PDF file viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You can save the file to your computer and print later, or you can open the file and print immediately. You can also come back to this e-mail at your convenience, pickup and print the tickets. Take your printout to the venue and we’ll scan you in! Do not forget to bring the PrintPass tickets to Grant Park!

What are the benefits to PrintPass?

Do I need a special computer program or printer to use PrintPass?

Yes, you will need:

  1. A printer. Either an ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) will print your PrintPass tickets. You must use plain white paper for best results.
  2. You will also need, a .pdf file viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

How do I get into the event with my PrintPass ticket?

You must take each ticket of your order to Grant Park, where it will be scanned at the gate. Please treat your PrintPass like any other ticket…because it is!

What if I print multiple copies of my PrintPass or make copies of my PrintPass?

Only the first copy of PrintPass presented at the gate will successfully scan and grant admission to the PrintPass holder, so keep your PrintPass safe and treat it like cash.

What if I do not receive the PrintPass e-mail or accidentally delete the e-mail?

Visit your Lollapalooza/Front Gate Tickets account and confirm your purchase. Please contact Front Gate Tickets, either by phone 888-512-SHOW or email lolla@frontgatetickets.com and you can have the e-mail receipt resent.

My print toner is running out and the PrintPass looks faded, what should I do?

Make sure your tickets are clearly printed to ensure fast and proper entrance at the gate. Do not copy or fax the tickets in any circumstance. All three barcodes on the PrintPass must be readable for admission to Lollapalooza!

My order is for 4 tickets - do I get 4 PrintPass e-mails?

No, you get one PrintPass e-mail per order. When you pickup your tickets the file will contain each of the tickets in your order. Each ticket is one page. Print every page out and bring it to Grant Park to get in to Lollapalooza!

Is it ok for me to buy a Lollapalooza PrintPass ticket from someone else?

We highly recommend that you do NOT purchase a PrintPass ticket from a 3rd party. Only tickets purchased directly through Front Gate Tickets are valid.

I ordered a 3-Day Pass; do I get 3 PrintPass tickets?

No, you get one PrintPass ticket per 3-Day Pass. The 3-Day PrintPass will be redeemed for a wristband at the entrance to Grant Park. You must wear the wristband all weekend!

Can I cut my PrintPass?

No. Do nor cut or tear apart any portion of the PrintPass ticket. PrintPass must be presented in full and complete state – do not rip, tear, or cut – it may be considered VOID.

I lost my PrintPass. I recycled my PrintPass. My dog ate my PrintPass.

Treat your tickets with care – do not lose them. In the event that something happens and the ticket is destroyed, you may reprint your PrintPass at your own convenience. Do I have to get my tickets via PrintPass?

No, you may select UPS shipping for your ticket order and get your Lollapalooza tickets the old fashioned way. Just select MAIL during your order. UPS is $15.00 per order and you will get hard tickets printed and shipped to you.

You must bring original printout of PrintPass with you to Grant Park for admission to Lollapalooza. Event takes place rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges. PrintPass purchaser/user bears all risk including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. PrintPass is only valid if purchased from Front Gate Tickets. Do not purchase PrintPass from unauthorized sources as they may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are VOID.
