Attending the Festival

Re-Entry/Ins & Outs & Wristband Policy

Three-day ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a weekend wristband and will be allowed to re-enter the Festival.

Single day ticket holders will not be allowed to re-enter the Festival. You must pass through security each time you enter.

Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival.

Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced.

They cannot be removed and must be worn all three days to allow entry.

Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry (and that will make us sad).

Heat Relief

Heatstroke is not cool. Drink lots of water. Look for free water fountains throughout Grant Park. Wear sunscreen. Red and crispy is so two years ago. Cool off (and freshen up) at the misting areas on site.

Volunteer Information

As of June 29, 2009, the volunteer application is closed, because almost all the teams are full and there are enough volunteers who have applied already and are waiting to be placed.

If you’ve applied, visit www.myvolunteerpage.com to update your profile, approve assigned shifts, etc.  We’ve placed the bulk of our volunteers, but are still filling some positions.  Closer to the festival, assigned volunteers drop out (for various reasons), so we’ll be looking to fill those spots from those who applied.

If you want to read about the program, click here, but please do not apply at this time.  Thanks!

Send your Electronic Press Kit to lollasubmissions@c3presents.com. In your EPK, be sure to include a bio, MP3(s), promo photo(s) and booking contact info and we’ll take a listen!
