For more info, this is the original poll: http://www.lollapalooza.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=708862

In the event of a tie, Pixies will win because they had more votes in the original poll.

The Pixies are in the trapper keeper twice, Frank is in the trapper keeper four times, and Kim is in the trapper keeper three times, so I voted for Massive Attack, although I would have preferred Lenny Kravitz a hundred times over.

Massive Attack because the pixies have already played AND i think MA has a chance to actually play next year.

It would be cool if MA played because it meant that Lolla got a rare act, but I really am not a fan.

massive attack...i feel like the allure of the pixies as a headliner has worn off a bit seeing as this is the second time they are doing it

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure most people would have no problem if Arcade Fire, LCD Soundsystem, The National, TV on the Radio and Animal Collective played every single year.

I'm not really a fan of these bands, but I don't mind if they were there every year.

I'm a bigger fan of the Pixies, but I'm leaning towards voting for Massive Attack because
1) they haven't played Lolla
2) they weren't on the other 2 LxLB lineups (right?)
3) Pixies could play Saturday against JayZ or possibly Sunday while Massive Attack would be a bad choice against JayZ, leaving only 1 potential slot
4) REM is a frontrunner for one of the remaining South stage slots and having them against MA on Friday would probably create fewer conflicts

If Pixies win, I'm really hoping that Sunday will be REM vs. Massive Attack.  I think that will please the most folks.

That would be fine with me. On paper the Jay v. Pixies matchup sucks for me, but since I'll have seen Pixies twice and Jay none, it's a no-brainer.
