ORIGINAL: Rosseus Yeah, I'd rather have the freedom to switch stages all day and see more bands. We didn't get to the AT&T Stage until 10 minutes before YYY's on Saturday and still got along the rail just in front of the sound booth for Muse. Primo spot, IMO. Seriously...enjoy the festival a bit!! It's no fun to be stuck up at the stage all day, cause you're afraid of losing your spot!! i don't know... i waited all day friday for daft punk and it was the best show i've ever seen. too bad jack's mannecrap was at that stage on friday- somehow i've seen that joke-of-a-band three times, and i don't even like them. anyways, waiting all day for one band that you've been dying to see is better than seeing a bunch of bands you don't really care about really far from the stage. yet, i would not suggest camping out in front of the at&t stage all day just so you can say you were front row for a headliner-- it's hot as hell, you can't pee, you can't smoke, and basically cannot leave (i'm not bitter). oh, and it's pretty easy to push yourself to the front if you show up two sets before a headlining act- that's what i did for muse.
