I heard from someone that said he heard it on Q101. We all know they aren't the most reliable, as most of the time they are late at breaking stories anyway. But Jimmy Eat World wouldn't be much of a surprize at all, and an excellent candidate to open for the likes of Radiohead, NIN or even Foo Fighters.

I saw them a few years ago because they were playing a show with Franz Ferdinand and the Hives. They sucked hard and I was completely bored, and this was when I was 13 and I liked pretty much every show I went to.

saw them open up for green day. my teeneage sister made me go early to watch them. i convinced her to walk to the arena since it was so nice out. ha ha. only had to sit thru the song where all the kids take off their clothes in the video. oops

Q101 reported on their website that Sufjan was playing two years. I believe nothing they say. Big bunch of liars!

That would be awesome. For those of you who don't like it...here is why it is awesome: Usually they have one emo/punk band that plays every year. Two years ago was Panic at the Disco, last year was Jack's Mannequin & Motion City Soundtrack. If they're going to have an act like that, at least it's Jimmy Eat World!!!!
