Lollapalooza & Magritte: This is Not A Contest

Magritte: The Mystery Of The Ordinary makes us “challenge the real world,” and we couldn’t be more into that concept. Now you and a +1 can take a private tour of this special exhibit at the Art Institute of Chicago with none other than contemporary artist Shepard Fairey and bass kickin’ maestro Z-Trip as your guides. And did we mention that this will take place on Thursday, 7/31 before the museum opens to the public? That’s right. It’s legit private.

Here’s how to do it. Show us how you unthink your world by posting a photo to Instagram with #lolla #unthink. Here are a few of the Magritte pieces to inspire you.

The Treachery of Images (La Trahison des images)

René Magritte, 1929

The False Mirror (Le Perreux-sur-Marne)

René Magritte, 1928

Clairvoyance (La Clairvoyance)

René Magritte, 1936

The best #unthink photo will embark on this special tour of the exhibit Thursday, July 31st before the museum opens!
