From brushing up on your favorite bands and creating your ideal Custom Schedule, to mapping your next move around the park, download The Official Mobile App for Android and iPhone today to put the fest in the palm of your hand. Also, remember to Opt-In for Push Notifications to stay up-to-date with important notifications and emergency information all weekend long! Don’t worry — we won’t abuse it.

We’re bringing the LollaShop back this year, and once again it will be located just steps away from Grant Park. Open to both ticket and non-ticket holders from July 26 – August 5, this satellite merch destination will let you skip the lines in the park while also enjoying exclusive LollaShop experiences and perks! And if you happen to be at the Shops at North Bridge, don’t miss our LollaCart kiosk, featuring your favorite festival gear.

By now you should have received your 2013 Lolla wristband in the mail, but in case you have any ticket-related questions, you can get all the info you need on our Tickets FAQs.

The box office will be open Wednesday (7/31) and Thursday (8/1) from 3PM to 8PM CT and from 10AM to 10PM CT during the Festival (Friday, 8/2 through Sunday, 8/4). The Festival Box Office is located on the Northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Van Buren Street. If you’re searching for it, type in “East Van Buren and South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL” and you’re all set.

Counterfeit Wristband Alert: All Three-Day, Single-Day, and VIP Passes to Lollapalooza 2013 are sold-out. All wristbands contain RFID technology and will be authenticated upon entering the gates. Lollapalooza organizers do not condone purchasing passes from secondary markets, and ask fans to beware of purchasing counterfeit wristbands. Passes purchased from any source besides or Front Gate Tickets may not be honored at the gates.

While we’re all here to have a great time and enjoy the music, please keep in mind that in case of a weather evacuation, there are three shelter locations.

The safety and security of our fans is our top priority. Please be aware that ALL bags will be searched each time attendees enter the festival grounds. This will require more time during the entry process. We ask all attendees to plan ahead to allow extra time entering the festival. For faster entry, Express Lanes at both the North and Main entrances are available for those not carrying a bag. See here for a full list of prohibited items.

Before you head out to the festival grounds, take a look at our list of Festival DOs and DON’Ts. Get the basic info on re-entry/ins & outs and other need-to-know details, so that you can focus on what matters most – the music!

Now that you’re mobile is ready to go with the ultimate Lolla must-have (see above), get an even bigger head start on the weekend by checking out the Grant Park layout. Scope the scene and prep yourself for the three-day party and map the key locales like Chow Town, Green Street, Kidza and more to make the most of your time!

Lollapalooza is first and foremost a music festival, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take a break on your way from stage to stage. Many of our awesome partners and sponsors have set up havens all throughout Grant Park, dedicated to hooking you up with ways to get by each day, and not to mention all the free swag…Check out the full list of 2013 Activities.

Don’t let thirst – or a painful sunburn – kill your groove! Take advantage of our many free water-refill stations, or don’t forget your two factory-sealed bottles of water, and pack the sunscreen (just not the aerosol kind)!

And if you’re looking to stash your stuff or recharge your phone, we’ll have personal lockers available for rent plus a mophie-powered charging station across from Chow Town North. Click Here to reserve a locker in advance.

If you’re riding a bike to Lollapalooza, bike parking will be available south of the main entrance on Michigan Avenue. You’ll find bike racks both north and south of Balbo Avenue. Be sure to bring your own lock!

Last but not least, if you forget any of the essentials, you can always swing by the General Store next to Buckingham Fountain for any last minute festival needs!

Green Street is the Festival’s face of social responsibility, offering more than your average Festival shopping experience. Lollapalooza’s home for greening initiatives, hand selected art vendors, non-profit organizations and farm-to-festival fare, Green Street aspires to leave an impact far beyond the Festival alone. Swing by and check it out at the fest!

Wondering what to do with the kids this weekend? Bring em along! We’ve set up the ideal kid-friendly festival-within-a-festival for you to rock out alongside your little ones. From workshops, activities and all-day music, Kidzapalooza will be open daily from 11am to 5pm. And don’t forget — children 10 and under get into Lolla FREE!
