At Robinson’s No. 1 Ribs we season all of our meat before slowly smoking it with hickory wood, to create a great natural flavor and seal in the juices, then we serve it with our award winning barbecue sauce. Since Robinson’s was created in 1983, we have become a renowned favorite at most of Chicago’s annual summer festivals. We also serve at many major Chicago venues including Soldier Field, McCormick Place, UIC Pavilion and Northeastern Illinois University. We are proud to be participating in Lollapalooza for our sixth year in a row.
